Stayed for 4 night in Jan,staff on the front desk were fantastic,could not do enough for you.Rooms were fine,very clean,probably a little too warm,do not forget to ask for your free tea and coffee making facilities from the front desk.
Breakfast was fine,except for the scrambled eggs,they were always hard and the water for the tea was never hot enough.
Location was 15 mins walk from old town,or a very resonable 5-6 euros in a cab.
All in all, fantastic value for money.

We stayed at this hotel during a 3 day stay in Salzburg. The staff was friendly and helpful, the parking and breakfast were included each day. The only warning I have is that the windows are NOT soundproof, as the hotel advertises. We booked our Sound of Music tour through the front desk - the tour was fantastic! All in all, a great stay.

We stayed here two nights as part of a tour group. It is a converted brewery, so the layout is a little strange. The hotel was clean, staff friendly and courteous. Rooms were a little small, but that is Europe. Breakfast was excellent, with hot and cold choices. It was a little walk to the old part of town, but not too bad. Shopping close. No hesitation on recommending.

stayed here for 3 nights with a party of 52 people and i thought they did a fantastic job, rooms were clean, breakfast was excellent with a choice of hot and cold choice buffet, we dined two nights in the hotel and the food was excellent. Hotel close to the city centre walking distance 20 minutes
