I stayed here off-season, during march 2007, in a quad (family) room. Our suite was wonderfully clean, and spacious- our washroom was oversized, new, and also squeaky clean. Our room had 2 flat screen tv's hanging on the walls, which was nice, and our washroom had speakers so you could have the radio playing as you showered.
Villa Ceconi is actually a kind of second wing of hotel zur post, so check-in, check-out, and breakfast were all located down the street at the zur post. Breakfast was the best we'd had throughout our entire stay in europe- there was plenty of variety, the room itslef was beautifully modern and clean, and the food was delicious.
Our only dislikes were that the villa didn't have any kind of concierge service, and that it was a lengthy walk (about a half hour) from salzburg city centre.
