This hotel was great. The room was huge with a separate entryway with an armoir and bench. The bathroom was large and had a window with a view of the fortress. Breakfast was included in the price of the room (89 euro) and it was the best breakfast of all we had in Europe. Yogurt, eggs, suasages, ham, cheese, rolls, croissants, cereal. Yummy.

The hotel was within walking to distance to old town Salzburg, although by the end of the day taking the bus back was a welcome change. There is an Italian restaurant in the same building as the hotel and the food is pretty darn good.

All in all this was a great hotel at a great price and I would stay there again.
