The hotel reception area has a very contemporary look with very polite & helpful staff.
Our room on the second floor was very modern but needed a lot more hanging space and storage for clothes.
Bathrobe and slippers cost extra! and we had to ask for the shampoo etc to be replaced. Pillows very very thin - I needed four of them.
Breakfast buffet was good with empty food dishes being topped up prompltly and a good choice.
All staff we met were very friendly and helpful.
There is free internet access in the lobby but smoking is allowed there..ugh!
We had a good deal throgh Panarama Travel so we felt we had value for money.
We had visited other NH hotels which is what attracted us to this one.

NH City is situated in the new part of Salzburg but within an attractive and busy shopping and comercial district. Access to the old town across the river takes 10-15mins on foot.

Service in the hotel was very good. Reception was friendly and accomodating at all times. Restaurant was also very good.Rooms are modern, clean and well equipt. The king size bed we had was fantastic.....so comfortable!!

Buffet breakfast is a bit pricey at 14Euro but excellent choice and quality.

Taxi ride approx 15Euro each way to airport.

Overall, a good value hotel offering a very high level of service for the price.
