As reported by others, this modern hotel is a reasonably short walk from the main tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is hard to fault with something for every taste included. In typically "germanic" fashion - everything was spotless. I would definitely stay again.

The location is a little out of the way, but easy walking distance to the major attractions. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. I found the staff courteous and helpful, and most spoke English.

The wifi internet service in the rooms is ludicrously expensive -- but even worse is the fact that it was lousy. The signal dropped out constantly, making it impossible to even upload a single photo. I complained at the front desk and they put me on the line with their internet provider. After about 10 minutes of discussion, they eventually credited me for the full amount of the internet service. They said the hot spot range varies throughout the hotel. If you need this, ask to check it first from the room.

This hotel is contemporary and caters to the business traveler as well as the tourist. The rooms are decent in size and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are spotless and very adequate. The hotel offers free use of two computers for internet access in the lobby, but Wi-Fi in the rooms is at an additional charge. The free breakfast is fantastic and offers a full range of hot and cold food. The location of the hotel is just steps from the pedestrian ways of Old Town. I would not hesitate staying here again.

The hotel reception area has a very contemporary look with very polite & helpful staff.
Our room on the second floor was very modern but needed a lot more hanging space and storage for clothes.
Bathrobe and slippers cost extra! and we had to ask for the shampoo etc to be replaced. Pillows very very thin - I needed four of them.
Breakfast buffet was good with empty food dishes being topped up prompltly and a good choice.
All staff we met were very friendly and helpful.
There is free internet access in the lobby but smoking is allowed there..ugh!
We had a good deal throgh Panarama Travel so we felt we had value for money.
We had visited other NH hotels which is what attracted us to this one.
