My husband and I stayed at this hotel because we had a very early flight from the airport. When we arrived they were checking in about 50 people from a cancelled flight. They were very organized and moved through the people quickly. We had excellent service from the front desk, very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel was expensive but it was worth the expense when we were able check in right after a flight, have a relaxing night at the hotel and able to check in with no trouble for our early morning flight.

Our room was a good size - very clean. Our bathroom was really nice - very large. The tv speakers in the bathroom were great. The bed was comfortable. We arranged a 4am wake up call and we received our call right on time in the morning.

We checked out around 6am and there was no problem.

All the staff we dealt with were polite and helpful. There was a good in-room safe, great shampoo, conditioner and hand lotion. We would definitely stay here again if we have another early morning departure.

Stayed here for one night due to the city hotels being booked out . Had read some good reviews and as the hotel was pricey and 4 star I was expecting a certain standard. Have never stayed in a hotel feeling that I have been ripped off we paid €256 for one night for myself and my wife and because it was a 4 star hotel we would get a bit of class. What we got for €256 was two single beds badly decorated room, the room looked like a 2 star the only good thing was the bathroom was big. No information about the Hotel in the room so I rang down to reception to see if they had Leisure facilities and the answer was "NO" and that was the end of the conversation. to me that was not a 4 star receptionist answer I found out the next day they had a Gym, Steam room and Sauna, again this just added to my frustration of been ripped off. Rooms were poor, what I would expect from a 1 to 2 star hotel. Breakfast was good

Excellent location for the Airport, only stay if you have too, you would be better staying in a 2 star hotel in the city centre for have the price and get the CAT train to the Airport in the morning for €9 this will get you to the Airport in 16 Min and you can spend the rest of the money you saved on a nice meal in the city.

P.S I would not stay here even If my Company were paying the Bill

Stayed here for one night due to early flight. Had read some good reviews and as the hotel was pricey and 4 star I was expecting a certain standard. Have never been in a more rude reception. Basically they made the guest feel like a criminal swiping €50 euros onto your credit card before thay would open the min-bar (as I had checked this was the only water in the room). This was despite the fact that my room was prepaid for one month and they already had my credit card details. I am not used to four star hotels assuming that all their guests will drink the mini-bar dry and run off. Rooms were poor, badly decorated and small. Rough small towels, small shabby bathroom, not very clean - what I would expect from a 1 to 2 star hotel. Breakfast was okay - nothing special. On check out again - long queue, cold disinterested service. The customer next to me had a blazing argument as they were trying to charge him a much higher cost than the last time he stayed there - and his company had an agreed annual rate with this hotel. Have never heard a receptionist rudier to a guest.

Excellent location but in every other way a poor hotel

The rooms were large, clean, nicely decorated and the breakfast was wonderful.
