visited this hotel in the middle of oct 05 and stayed for 3 nights in an executive room on the executive floor, the hotel was really not upto what i was expecting after reading some reviews on this site.
On arrival at the door, the doorman removed our bags from the taxi and just vanished after that and kept us waiting for the bell boy, had to then go and call someone from inside to take my bags in.
the guy who checked me in on the executive floor was acting as if he is doing me a favour,the room they alloted to me was really noisy as there was work going on in the park opp to the hotel.the airconditioning in the room was not working and it took me one whole day to get someone to check it, and after the mechanic pronounced that it cant b e rectified, and after so many complains after that the manage of the executive floor did come to meet me but told me she could do nothing as she did not have any alternate room available.She just could not do anything else for me and this was astonishing coming from a manager of an american chain hotel, where they really know how to rectify things for their clients specially regular clients.
the club lounge for all the 3 days that i was there had the same repeat the same pastries and snacks for their guests
all in all a bad hotel ,and the hotel concierge down at the lobby level was extremely impatient and showed it all the way, very bad hotel, would not recommend it to anyone unless and until the hotel gives some tips to their employees on how to behave with their guests.very disappointed
