Not a good experience at all. The appearance of the hotel from outside is enough to make you turn round and go home but we were on a coach so had no choice. Hotel was clean and warm but the food was way below what you would expect from any hotel. Bedroom big but decor throughout very tatty and outdated. This was a New Year holiday and the entertainment was awful. We went elsewhere for our New Years eve. Staff try to be helpful but I think owners are trying to make money quickly but not putting anything back into the business. Would never go back and would never recommend this hotel. Only one toilet for gents and one for ladies, surely environmental health could close them down because at least 100 guests could be accommodated at one time. Think management need to go on a hotel management course and quickly. Their attitude was one of could not care less.

Never again!!!! Filthy, badly cooked food. never on time, dirty chef, one evening we all walked out in disgust. staff spend all their time apologising but nothing is done to rectify problems. Hopefully will soon be closed down by environmental health!!!!!! Live Entertainment!!

After being welcomed by the friendly receptionists, my wife and I were shown our lovely room with a beautiful view across the seafront. After getting our belongings unpacked, we dined at the in-house restaurant. The cuisine was great - I recommend the haddock lemon dish. In fact, it was so great we ate there for lunch the next day.

Since the hotel is nicely situated by the seafront, but also not too far away from the main town. A bus service was available for us to return fully laiden from a days worth of shopping in the town centre.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room decoration was also lovely. Me and my wife will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

It was crap. I was misled to believe that it was good and how wrong that was. The staff show the worst skills i have seen and they have a lack of motivation partly becuse they told me that the ower does not pa them at the right times.
