This hotel does not really care about its customers, despite our complaints about a poor breakfast service on the two days we stayed. My wife went for a swim only to return to her room with no towels. The reception staff told us "we take them away, wash them and then rerun them". The quilt on the bed was so poorly fitting, it was at least 12 inches short. The sauna does not work, no case covers on the spare pillows, no milk in the fridge, and all for £150 per night. The beds are awful to sleep on. Breakfast was a joke...we asked several times for tea and toast, but had almost finished our cooked breakfast before the tea and toast arrived. We two different head waiters for the two days....they are miserable, slow and on neither occasion was the table set correctly for breakfast. Breakfast put us off having an evening meal, hence we had a M&S meal in our room. We complained and nothing was done!!! Parking is a joke and is very limited. Never again will we stay at this hotel and the management of this hotel, along with the breakfast headwaiters on the 31 May & 1 June are not very welcoming or friendly. The food was ok. ThWe will book a Travel Lodge next time.
The room was fine, but you can't change the staff attitudes, particularly the breakfast headwait...
