This hotel is so full of charm, character, great service and relaxation that I could have stayed a lot longer. The single room I was given was fully en-suite, very spacious, very clean and extremely comfortable with lots od thoughtful extras.The hosts, Don and Jan were very friendly and welcoming. The decor of the hotel is very cheerful with some lovely features such as the staircases and the red carpets. There is an abundance of mirrors and interesting items such as the little wooden settle on the first floor. The lounge is very relaxing with huge leather sofas and the bar very cosy. Breakfast service was very quick and always with a smile.
This is the ideal place for a peaceful break. The whole place has a complete 'feel good' mood to it. I will definately be back.

“Great value”

We needed somewhere to stay for one night as we were seeing a show at the Venue, we picked this hotel off the web and booked it because of the great reviews it got and we were not disappointed,very clean and we were upgraded to a family room which again was spotless and had a good toilet/shower room.
Breakfast was good , the owners could not have been more curteous, the bill was less than stated on the web,this may be a one off? Will definately stay again and highly recommend it .

Just got back today from staying at the Karden House hotel last night and boy was I taken care of!!

There were so many B and B's in Llandudno, it was a bit of a lucky dip, but its THE BEST to stay if you are on a budget.

Don welcomed me and upgraded my room free of charge to a double, the room was all that I needed, really clean and well kept and the shower was brill! Janet cooked me a breakfast like it was something like out of a 5 star hotel! They even cater for veggies and have veggie sausages - how cool is that!

Highly reccomended, and if I need a room in Llandudno again, you can bet on me coming back, thank you soo much.

Decided to stay at this hotel because of the positive website reviews. We were made to feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. We were given lots of info on places of interest and visited many on recommendation, the Ski slopes were great fun for adults and children alike. Would have no hesitation booking into this hotel again.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in! From the welcome to the farewell, Janet & Don were the consummate hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food, accommodation and atmosphere were beyond reproach and I would recommend them for anyone planning a stay in Llandudno.
