My partner and I stayed at The Elms for a weekend after reading the reviews on this site and going to this and another hotel reviewed on the site. Before booking I emailed to ask if they had any sea view rooms with a four poster bed and they replied quickly to let me know that they had. The room was lovely and clean and had a great view. All the staff - the people that ran the hotel and the cleaning staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. I'd definately stay there again and recommend it to friends.

We have just returned from a wonderful weekend break at The Elms Hotel where we have enjoyed well above average hospitality. We stayed in the Junior Suite which had great views across the bay. Our rooms were very comfortable and clean, the food was well above average and the new management couldn't do enough for you.

I just wish we could have stayed longer and will definately be returning for another break later in the year.

Although we only stayed for two nights, it was enough to persuade us that when we return to Llandudno, we won't bother staying anywhere else.
Fiona and Mark, along with their daughter Alice, were lovely hosts and did everything they could to make our stay a pleasure. Although they have only just taken over the hotel, you would never know it, as everything ran like clockwork.
The breakfast was absolutely FAB with a great selection. As well as all the usual cereals to help yourself to, there was a beautiful fruit salad, and fresh, hot toast. This was followed by a scrummy cooked breakfast, which you could have any way you liked, my son and partner decided to have bacon toasties instead of the full breakfast and this was no trouble.
The hotel is beautifully situated with the Great Orme behind and magnificent views outward. We can't wait to return in the summer so that we can take advantage of the seating outside, the setting must be gorgeous in the sun.
I'd fully recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, it's going to be a great success with the new Managers!
