I wish I had checked some reviews before booking this place. I stayed in a room in the courtyard. it was dire! The floor boards upstairs were as noisy as hell, The carpet was threadbare, there were pubic hairs on the bathroom floor!!!!!, Hand marks everywhere on the walls, switches, doors, something that just needed a wipe down and they would be gone, dirty walls, a good display of cobwebs in the ceiling corners, dusty curtains. Generally very dirty and seriously needing a complete refurbishment. There was a good display of daylight around all edges of the main door facing onto the car park that let in a constant draft!.
i was told on checking in that I did not have breakfast included, however in showing the booking confirmation, i was "upgraded" with the comment that the girl who did the booking was new and i shouldn’t get it normally. Not that I needed to know that! Based on the state of the room, I really didn’t want to try the breakfast and made a hasty retreat in the morning.
The shower was probably the best part of the stay, however I still left feeling grubby and couldn’t wait to get away early !!! I would seriously suggest that you shop about and skip this Hotel. Got to the be the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in.. EVER!!
Probably stay in the main Hotel and steer clear of the outside rooms.

I am sorry to read that you were not happy with your stay, if there were problems with the room they should have be brought to our attention straight away so that we could have moved you and looked in to how this could have happened.
Some of our rooms do need re decorating which we are in the middle of doing now however as we are a 24/7 operation this must be done in stages and around the business needs, although some of the rooms need a lick of paint they are not in any way dirty. With this in mind I can only assume that something went wrong when you stayed with us which is why I really wish you had pointed out your issues at the time so that I could have investigated them further.
