I am absolutely astounded that anyone could go to this spa and rank it as anything other than terrible. It is one of the worst places I have ever had the misfortune of going to, and the worst of it is, I actually spent my hard-earned money on it! Talk about a kick in the teeth!
It is dirty, smelly, half under construction and there is zero luxury to it. We couldn't wait to get out of there and get home and showered to feel clean again. The food was awful - "Dinner" was microwaved chinese, we heard the microwave ping the whole time we were getting dressed for dinner above the kitchen. The toast was stale at breakfast. Our manicures and pedicures chipped within half an hour and nothing was sterilised in between different people.
Stella dear, I'd love some housekeeping tips from you - how do you keep those robes so fluffy? Most robes lose their fluff after being washed, so if these robes are washed as regularly as you claim, just how do you do it? You must use some magic washing powder that i've never discovered.
And how do you create that putrid, make you sick up in your mouth smell in the kitchen? You know, that smell that is there as you walk through the kitchen to get to the bedroom, walking past the "beauty therapists" preparing food without any gloves on (how many health and safety violations is that in the space of 5 seconds??)
Do NOT do it to yourself, do not go to this hideous place and waste your money. SAVE YOURSELF!!!

Comments or complaints made during a stay can be addressed and resolved, however none were made by the reviewer during her two day stay in this very recently refurbished accommodation. Everyone is made aware in advance of the fun sleep-over arrangements.

We are regulated and checked for standards both by the authorities and the businesses whose products we promote. There are some truly beneficial building improvements on-site - see uploaded artists’ impression - which customers are made aware of prior to booking. It does not impact on the cleanliness, hygiene or safety of the spa.
It is not in the business’ best interests to provide sub standard products or services, so we don’t. All towels, robes, bedding, soft furnishings, etc. are clean when given to the customer. If a robe or towel becomes dirty during the day we replace it instantly. This has never been necessary or requested.
All feedback is positive if it helps us to provide a better service, but personal attacks are simply cyber bullying. Our highly qualified staff are horrified by the personally insulting and unjust comments.
