Friday night and there were only two tables occupied, including ours, while the pub across the road was rammed. How can you get an Italian restaurant so wrong? Well, in the first place we had to walk up to the door to see if they were open, the two dim green and red lights outside and a gloomy candlelit interior gave no clue.
We had a friendly welcome and the food was of a reasonable quality - you can see the klitchen and that it is freshly done, But the chairs, as one of our group labelled them, were 30 minute seats. In other words, you can just about be comfortable for 30 minutes before your butt tells you it's time to go!
Why isn't this place filled with families enjoying easy Italian fare? No offers, that's why! Who on earth is marketing this business? Look at the review below this one. Has the Owner/Manager apologised or contacted the reviewer? A professional restauranteur would and should have done so immediately.
You need professional help to market your business - it should be a no-brainer to be busy on a Friday night!
