As with most people booked for just the one night before a morning flight the next day. There were three of us traveling

The hotel was clean and check in was completed quickly by competent and friendly staff. The room was of a good size overlooking the atrium with two double beds and excellent bedding and pillows. There was a good size bathroom and both this and the room itself were very clean. Tea and coffee were provided in the room and extra supplies were quickly sent when requested. We did not eat in the hotel as we felt the prices were pretty high. The Pub just down the road by the Park Inn provides a much cheaper option.

Access from the airport was simple and what is more completely FREE. from the airport central bus station many normal buses go past the door routes 105,111,285 and a few others and because the hotel is before Harlington Corner there is no charge. Buses are every few minutes even early morning (we waited 5 minutes at 6.00am) and go direct to/from the airport unlike the Hoppa services. The stop from the airport is virtually outside the door but the stop for the airport is a few minutes walk away

As most of these reviews suggest this is a comfortable, well run, international chain hotel. At around £80 for a double room with decent beds, warm, quiet, clean no one can complain. My only gripe is the cost of eating and drinking in any of the places in the hotel. The food was edible but not exciting and the wine mediocre. Take the advice in some of these reviews and go out. We were late, it was raining and we had an early start so eating in sounded attractive; a mistake!

Stayed here for one night while attending a football game in Wembley.

The hotel is right beside Heathrow Airport which is perfect when you need to catch an early flight. The "Hotel Hoppa" bus service from the airport drops you right at the door and is very frequent. This costs £4 single or £8 return. A taxi costs £10.

When I arrived I found that there was a problem with the room rate I had pre-booked. Apparently it was only available to US Citizens and instead of having to pay £62.50 I would have to pay £120! I had booked this through the hotel's own website and I did not see any notice of this clause. Fortunately I had a copy of my booking with me and when they saw that this clause was not mentioned anywhere on it they had no problem giving me the £62.50 rate. This was all handled very professionally and efficiently. Check-in was smooth and easy. The lobby is large and spacious and a nice place to sit and have a coffee.

The room was a nice size with a large king-size bed, which I might add had a large number of lovely soft pillows and was VERY comfortable! There was an ample supply of towels, toiletries and wash cloths in the bathroom. Both room and bathroom were spotless.

I used the in room dining service and had a lovely meal. They guarantee delivery of your meal within 45 minutes or else you eat free. The food was delicious and piping hot, and accompanied by an ice-cold beer.

I had booked a wake-up call and taxi for 4am with reception and these were delivered perfectly. Even though it is right beside the airport you cannot hear the planes at all (I was on the third floor).

Overall this was an excellent hotel which I could not fault.

We stayed at the Marriott ahead of an early morning flight to Miami.
Check-in was a breeze, room was really nice, with seemingly new beds and linen.
Bathroom was spotless with plenty of towels.
Restuarant was very good, with quality food.
Disappointing bar - looked tired and dirty.
Great rates, with car parking for holiday duration included.
Could Hooper bus to terminal, although had cab back and would probably opt for cab in future.
Really impressive stay. I would definately recommend.

Spent a night at the hotel before picking up our son from Heathrow/ Parking was extra to our room charge at £12 per day but easy access from the motorway. Bedroom was good with a very comfortable bed. We could see some planes landing but the noise was minimal and didnt bother us a bit. Nice swimming pool, bubble pool;sauna and steam room. We ate in the hotel in the evening although expensive choice for anything in the surrounding area appeared limited. We got a taxi next morning to the airport which cost approx £2 more than the hotel hoppa bus but very convenient. The only down side was on check out when we were nearly charged an extra £20 for an error to bar bill that we had'nt used and different price to rate quoted on internet site I booked with. This was ammended quickly but if I hadnt queried or we had had amore complicated bill would have been easily missed.
