Let's start with the good points. Clean, and excellent bed/bedding. But really it's just not comfortable enough. Very cold room on arrival and the under floor heating takes a long time to kick in. A wooden floor looks nice but I guess it’s the same in all rooms - I was woken early by someone clog-dancing above me. Getting back to sleep was impossible because the window blinds don’t keep out much light.
No shower, just a bath – not even a hand-held unit for rinsing hair. No hair dryer, no shelf for toiletries. Plus the hand-basin – surely the world's smallest - has no plug which isn’t great for wet shaving or the environment.
The kitchen was described as 'well equipped' so on the way down I grabbed a pizza for dinner and beans on toast for breakfast (yes, I know, I know). Sadly there was no oven for the pizza, only a microwave, and no can opener although there was a toaster. There was a hob – but no pans.
All in all, not enough to keep me away from hotels.

Stayed in the 1 bed with our 2 teenagers prior to flying from Heathrow.Paid £159 for appartment 1 night parking onsite and 15 nights in longstay car park.
The appartment was very clean, well equiped kitchen and decent sized bathroom.
Main complaint was the sofa bed, very uncomfortable and not really big enough for 2 teenagers.They should have made 2 bedroom appartments.
Would stay again as much better than hotel room

having just spent the weekend at the Berkeley Park Apartments all i can say is that it was first class all the way! Right from the quick and easy checking in, excellent parking, fantastically clean and excellent apartment through to the caring and helpful staff i cannot recommend it any higher than to say, if you are looking for an appartment in London to rent then this is the one you should choose every time.
Although this is very close to Heathrow i was amazed at how quiet it was, the surrounding area was quite countyrfied (ie trees, fields, birds etc) and the local bus/ tube links were excellent as well.
These apartments are excellent in every way AND excellent value for money too, it ticks all the boxes !!!

I stayed at Berkeley Park about a year ago, and whilst the staff were superb and couldnt do enough for me, they were undergoing a major refurbishment, which caused a few problems.

However ......... what a transformation !! Well worth the wait, this block of now extremely modern serviced apartments, which now include all the mod cons including playstation boxes, is located on a quiet and secluded crescent, just minutres away from Heathrow airport.

Wireless internet is free, I had a superbly equipped kitchen, the beds are probably some of the most comfortable I have ever experienced (I am told this is due to something called a Heavenly bed topper - a standard for the company!) and the cleanliness of the entire apartment was 5 star !!

However what truly makes these apartments stand out from the massive blocks of impersonal Heathrow hotels is the staff and the attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble. I did not have to deal with the hoards of aircrews, delayed passengers being bussed in and out. The staff knew who I was, which apartment I was in and truly made my stay a world class experience !!!
