As other reviewers have pointed out, the website photo is a little blurry and this is probably intentional. Even considering the somewhat decrepit conditions of the entire UK B&B industry, this one is run down. My "en suite" was not much bigger than a "suit case". It was a plastic modular unit not much larger than the inside of a "porta potty" which had been installed inside the room. I could not take a shower without bumping the sink. When you used the toilet, you had to stand in the shower to wash up at the sink. Although the "bathroom" was new, the room and furnishings were pretty worn.
Breakfast is served buffet style from 6 to 9 am and I arrived at 7:45 only to wait almost 20 minutes for many of the items to be refilled. It wasn't worth the wait. It was the worst English breakfast I had during my three week stay. They also had the most expensive beer (a common industrial beer and not even a good one) and their dinner items weren't very good either.
As people have also pointed out, the staff is friendly. And having airport pick up and drop off is a huge plus. However, if you are on a driving holiday you should know that it seemed the entire length of Massetts Road (where the Guest House is) is lined with B&Bs - all the way into the town of Horley. Some small, some similar in size to the Belmont.
Overall, one could probably make a better choice for airport accommodations.
