We enjoyed the food here and the service was OK. But why we were not offered indoor seating like other patrons is a mystery. There were uber-loud political speeches being given nearby in the square. If I were in charge of an eatery, I'd have instructed all staff to first check with incoming patrons about whether they were aware of and/or wanted to hear those blaring loud speeches. A warning should've been given to all of us, along with the obviously preferable option of eating in the quieter indoors. But it seems that only a select few were warned in advance. It was ridiculous to try to relax or have a romantic meal, with that level of constant volume. Management should have known better.
