This was our first introduction to Italian hospitality and we could not have been in better hands. Maurizio was a terrific host, ever-smiling, helpful, and eager to please. The property was spotless and comfortable, and our 2 small children loved running around the grass and exploring amongst the olive trees. La Torriola is an excellent base to travel from if required, but we found it difficult to leave the immediate environment as it was so beautiful.

We sincerely hope to return in the future.

La Torriola is a lovely place with a beautiful scenic view, the appartments are well-maintained as is the entire property.
La Torriola is located up the hills near Todi (Umbria) and is a wonderful place for each of the following:
You can hang loose at the pool (which we frequently enjoyed at high noon), but it is also a perfect starting point for running, walking and cycling or for sight-seeing tours to Todi, Perugia, Orvieto and Terni.

Maurizio, the owner of the property is a very caring host and was very helpful to us with any information on where to go and what to see during our two-weeks stay in Juli 2007.

I can honestly recommend the place to everyone who is looking for a quality appartment in a safe und wonderful surrounding.

We spent two weeks at La Torriola last summer and it was just perfect. The welcome we got when we arrived was so friendly and we immediately felt comfortable and relaxed.
The service and information about the place and the surrounding area was very good.
The rooms were clean, nicely furnished and had a magnificant view over the vallley. (see my photo)
The owner Maurizio offered us vegetables from the garden and the children loved the swimmingpool.

La Torriola is in a stunningly beautiful location. The accomodation is clean, pleasant and very comfortable. Maurizio the owner is very friendly and helpful but stays out of the way when not needed. Great swimming pool and a lovely touch is being greeted by a basket of locally grown organic food. A great place to go and stay with young kids if you want to self cater. Nearby Todi is one of the most beautiful places I've ever been to.
