We stayed here for one night in October 2008. Check-in staff were helpful. Room was clean, met expectations, and had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Hotel was quiet, though this probably had more to do with the season. Easy walking distance to the sights and activities of Calvi (which is a lovely and charming desintation). Easily accesible parking. Would advise the use of a proper map to locate the hotel (rather than relying on less reliable means, such as a Lonely Planet).

What everyone else says -- a good location, pleasant staff; a small pool that was most welcomed. We went for the room with the "panoramic view " which it did have. Nice little balcony where two people could actually sit and have breakfast...decent size bathroom . Free wifi in room was much appreciated, as was the free parking. No bad surprises here...

The hotel Regina is a very new and modern hotel with all the amenities except a restaurant, which is not needed since the town is a 2 min walk. The spot is nice - high on the hill with fabulous views. The staff is nice and helpful. We were there in April and it would have been nice to have a hot tub/spa out doors - the pool was too cool to go past late afternoon.
Only downside really is the mediocre breakfast and the empty lot next door.

Good location, great views, fab pool (even if a bit cold!), big clean, comfortable room.

Only tip, don't order a drink at this bar - very expensive, but the local bars are only a couple of minutes walk away.
