large rooms, wifi at a not so cheap rate, clean and well lit.

the shuttle bus from the airport comes around rarely.
a taxi will cost you a bundle.
better to stay AT the airport and not deal with the hassles of getting to/fro the mercure (if your co will pay for it).

This hotel is like a refugee camp for air france!! That is how we stayed here, with no luggage. Air France gave us a voucher for the accomodation and breackfast lunch and dinner. The food was actually very good, an tasty too. The lobby resturant and bar are plesent. The rooms however are not so good. This hotel is looking a bit ageing, not exactly clean either and so very, very hot we were uncomfortable. You can't leave the windo open either as they do not tilt and turn like normal continental windows, they only open wide. The main reason I have marked this hotel so low is the smoking. They smoke in the lobby and the bar and most of the resturant, by the evening I could hardly bare it. We regected the first non smoking room because it stank of smoke. It is hardly a mystery why as the non smoking rooms have ashtrays in both the bedroom and bathroom, although the bedroom one did have a no smoking sign inside! there was an inroom safe and a hairdryer, and the toiletries were ok too. It needs to be cleaner and fresher. OK for free but if I were paying I wouldn't be happy. Across the road, you can see a building in a park. If you get stranded wander over, it is the concord museum, very interesting! The village was a short walk away too, with a few shops and stuff. Like I said the hotel just needs to be cleaner, fresher and cooler!
