We had flown into Geneva and planned for a few days skiing however due to lack of snow we had been recommended to try Saas Fee. After searching trip advisor we decided to book this hotel and only planned to stay two nights. We paid around £90 sterling a night for half board which was a good deal due to early season. After our first night we decided that we would extend our stay by another two nights.
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left both Christoph and his staff could not have been more helpful.
The hotel is in a perfect location set in the middle of the beautiful Saas Fee village which is car free. The breakfast room has stunning views of the mountains which is the perfect setting for a very nice breakfast each morning. The room was pretty basic but a good size and very clean with a balcony giving views to the glacier.
To top it off the hot tub, sauna and steam room area although small is perfect to relax after a day on the slopes.
We did not expect the hotel to be as good as it was and we have told Christoph we will be back in the future to sample the hotel hospitality again.

We had a fantastic stay here in Aug 2006. The hotel has only been opened for 1 year and everything was great. We booked a 3 night summer package which included breakfast and dinner- very good value for money. The food was fabulous with plenty of choice. The staff were young and enthusiastic and were keen to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We thouroughly enjoyed the sauna and whirlpool baths (which overlooked the glacier) after a day walking in the beautiful Saas Fee Valley. We would love to return to the hotel and this part of Switzerland.
