Myself (an old fogey) and a young teenage friend spent 4 days on a wildlife holiday at Glenloy Lodge and we had a great time. We felt really welcome. The Lodge has a faded elegance which makes it feel different from your average B&B. It is comfortable and informal and Jon and Angela do a great job. It is beautifully situated in woodland with views over to Ben Nevis and we had no problem finding it in spite of it being tucked away. Jon is incredibly knowledgeable about all the flora and fauna without being in the least bit nerdy or condescending. He took us to some truly awesome places to look for all sorts of wildlife. Angela is a great cook (and is also very knowledgeable about the wildlife). The food is good home-style cooking, plenty of it and not a frozen chip or a chicken nugget to be seen! We packed so much into 4 days we felt we'd been away a lot longer.
