This restaurant was recommended locally and didn't disappoint. Yes - it's fairly small and noisy and the tables are rather close together but the food is excellent and, as others have said, the portions are large. We had lobster and the fish of the day, washed down with an excellent red (as recommended by the waitress), then shared a dessert and some calvados. We were the only English people there and it wasn't that easy to work out what some of the dishes (on a board) actually were, with our limited French, but that was part of the adventure. It isn't a "gourmet" experience but I would go back readily.
