My wife and I want to say that this is a very very nice hotel to stay in......The staff of this hotel are superior people in every way....The only thing I can suggest is that we had a 95 year old relative, when we arrived the parking spaces in front of the hotel were all taken by cars that did not display a disable sticker, so we were unable to park close in front of the hotel to prevent our 95 year old Auntie not walk a long distance, the only parking space we could find was in back of the hotel which is a great distance from the main entrance....Also, I must complain that none of the parking spaces in the front of the main entrance are marked for "handicap parking only"! This is not acceptable. We had no wheel chair for her and had to park in the middle of the taffice way in front of the hotel to support and help to carry her out of the car and up to the front door, also this hotel does not have a WHEEL CHAIR RAMP....! THIS SHOULD NOT BE!!
We arrived at the hotel on around 13:15 PM on Monday, the 4th of June......I approached the front desk at the time and their were 3 or 4 reception people, I complained to them of our situation of the parked cars blocking the front parking spaces, ALL THEY DID WAS IGNORE ME AND JUST LOOKED AT ME AND SAID NOTHING, SO I LEFT AND LOOKED FOR MY WIFE AND AUNTIE IN THE RESTRAUANT.......I WOULD NEVER BRING A DISABLE PERSON TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN, BECAUSE THE OWNERS DO NOT CARE ABOUT HAVING PARKING SPACES FOR HANDICAP PEOPLE......
THIS IS THE ONLY THING I FOUND WRONG WITH THIS VERY LOVELY HOTEL, OUR ROOM WAS SUPERIOR AND ALL THE STAFF WERE JUST WONDEFUL EXCEPT FOR THE RECEPTION PEOPLE WHO DID NOT CARE...
