The warm welcome you gave us was so lovely and the bedrooms were the best I have ever stayed in, comfortable and warm with spotless 'en suite' facilities, coffee and tea facilities, and the beautiful guest lounge and breakfast area, were all of the absolute highest standard. This Bed and Breakfast is the best I have ever stayed in. Well done, and I would to highly recommend you and to wish you all the best in your future business.

Fantastic value for money. House is First Class without doubt. Truly is luxury. Wish my own house was as nice. Travel on business regularly. This is as good as any 4 or 5 star hotel. Local hotel was quoting me £70 + Breakfast. This is £30 and you still have telephone points, ensuite etc. I recommend it to all business and leisure travellers. Plus it's right next to the M1.
