We spent 3 nights here in November. Arrived early in the morning by car at about 7.30 AM. Check-in went smoothly and the staff was friendly. They explained everything very well and immediately gave us our park tickets and let us pick a time for breakfast for the coming 3 days and also asked if we liked to add a breakfast that morning.
Our room wasn't ready 'till 3 PM yet this is very clearly noted in their booking policy, in brochures and on their website! You have to be out by 10 or 11 AM and they have to clean ALL of those rooms before letting the new guests in. I can't understand that some people don't get this. I mean, what do you want? That they let you in immediately but that your room isn't cleaned, the sheets not replaced, ... ? Have a bit of understanding for the staff who works there, they have thousands of people to keep happy, not just you.
So we headed for the parks and went to unpack in the late afternoon. We always used the shuttle buses yet it's not that far to walk. Our room was good and clean. Big bath with shower screen, a toilet and a big sink with mirror and trashcan in the bathroom. One big bed for 2 and a bunk bed for 2 in the room itself, along with a chair, 2 nightstands, closet and TV. Housekeeping did their work, everyday new towels were provided and the bed was made neatly to.
Breakfast was good also. Still crowded but less of a chaos then at Santa Fe. It helps to go eat before 8 AM, this way you'll beat the worst crowds and you get to eat in a relaxing way.
No hot choices on offer but enough cold ones to fill you up. It's basically the same as you get at Santa Fe. Croissants, pains au chocolate, bread (and toasters if you want to toast it), French bread rolls, butter, chocolate spread (Nutella), honey, different kinds of jam, cheese (cubes, not slices which in my opinion they should use. It's a lot handier then having to slice up the cubes to fit them between a bread roll!), salami, spreadable cheese, honey, plain yoghurt (a big bowl with a spoon to which you can serve yourself) and cups with different fruit flavours, apple sauce, tomatoes, fruit salad (canned version poured into a bowl, don't expect freshly cut pieces!), 3 or 4 different kinds of cereals (I believe frosties, honey pops, chocos and something special K/Nestlé Fitness ish). For drinks you had apple-, orange- or multivitamines juice, coffee, Thea, hot chocolate or milk (both cold and hot). It all tasted fresh and good.
Basically it's a good hotel to spend your Disney vacation in. You're not in your room a lot, just to sleep, shower and have breakfast. The rest of your days you'll be spending in the parks and Disney Village and after those you'd sleep anywhere, trust me!
It's clean and comfortable and there's no noise at night, what more could you possibly need?
If you have a little cowboy/girl coming along, this is definitely the hotel for you.
