What could have been a wonderful Sunday lunch turned into catalogue of disaster. They have a ridiculous rule about nor serving food to half the exterior tables....but there was no sign outside to explain this....So, despite arriving early, by the time we worked this out, all the eligible tables had gone. When eventually we got a table from which we were permitted to order, the food took over an hour to arrive. By that time I was stuck in bar queue, which was so understaffed that when I got back to the table, food was stone cold. Asked for it to be reheated, but it came back still only luke warm and the meat was inedible. A real shame as the location is fab. But they're playing on that and have no clue how to run a large restaurant.
