This is a nice hotel in a good location - it's an easy walk to the Harbour Bridge, the rocks and Opera House. The rooms are large, and the bathrooms are amazing.

We got a really good deal on the hotel by doing various web-searches.

I found this hotel to be excellent. I booked it as a Wot Hotel on wotif so I got a great rate.

I arrived late at night and found check in easy and the staff were friendly for that time of night. The room was a good size but not huge. Great bathroom with bath and quality products. Has everything other 5 star hotels has but doesn't quite seem 5 star.

Location is fantastic, close to shops and the Harbour. I didn't have room service, but had the buffet breakfast which I found be excellent. Friendly staff that continually walked around topping up tea and coffee which was appreciated.

My stay was great but I was glad I got it at a reduced price, a little pricey at its recommended price.

We stayed at the Amora Jamison for 3 nights as the start of our honeymoon. We had a club level room on one of the top floors. The rooms were modern, clean and well appointed with pretty good views of the city. No views of the bridge or opera house though. We had access to the club room where we got drinks and nibbles every afternoon, complimentary tea and coffee anytime and also had breakfast there. We also had the choice of breakfast in the main restaurant which in our opinion is better as there is much more choice. We dont have any complaints with the Amora Jamison. The hotel is very nice, the service is of a high standard and the location is very close to shopping, circular quay and transport. The only tiny annoyance is the Tv, as it is positioned side on to the bed and not all that comfortable to watch while in bed. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone and we would return again.

I stayed here for one night and conducted some meetings in this hotel. I wouldn't say it is up to five star standard, some of the staff seem to have trouble grasping english and the design of the rooms is a little weird.

I had a room on the 14th floor with a balcony. The bed was huge and comfy and the bathroom was immaculate but for some silly reason the TV is at the side of the bed so you can't lay in bed and watch it without getting a sore neck or laying sideways across the bed.

In terms of meeting facilities, they are good and the restaurant for lunch is fantastic but when there is a large conference on in the ballroom, it gets very cramped in the area outside the meeting rooms and noisy.

Location wise it is an easy walk down to Circular Quay and the Opera House. There is a maccas across the road if you don't want to pay $33 for breakfast.
