This is simply the best budget/midrange option in Sydney. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. The sydney Harbour is only a 5 min walk away through the Rocks. In some rooms you have to be prepared to share bathroom, but only with one other room. Ensuite is also available. Not much more to say - try it next time you are in Sydney.

One of the best family run B&B's we've ever stayed in. We only stayed here for two nights and was very disappointed to leave!! We loved this place and the location it was in was brilliant. The rooms were decorated beautifully and made you feel right at home. The breakfast of a morning was to die for too and made you spoilt for choice. There's nothing to fault about this B&B whatsoever I would definately stay here again but for longer if and when I go back to Australia.

Great hosts, great breakfast, close to historic areas, Opera House and Circular Quays, nice large spotless room....are these all the reasons why nobody mentions that there are 2 or maybe 3 raised highways converging directly outside our bedroom window? So the view is of cars and lorries speeding past! There is a constant traffic rumble which surprisingly didn't keep us awake but did wake us in the morning. In view of how nice the b and b is, how late we booked and how reasonably priced, I feel rather churlish remarking upon the roads but I wish we had known and asked for a room further away.

I still don't hesitate to recommend it!

Stayed at this B and B for two nights and enjoyed being right at the center of things. Since I was on my first trip to Sydney and had a mere two days to catch the major sites, it was wonderful to be able to get started right away. I arrived late in the evening, chucked my suitcase in the room, and within five minutes was walking in the Circular Quay, marveling at the Harbour Bridge and Opera House lit up in their nighttime glory. The little details the owners offer are nice, too, particularly the umbrellas available to borrow right by the door. Rooms were clean, the building historic, and the other guests interesting to meet.
