I found this hotel to be reasonalbe , the staff were polite and made me feel welcomed.......good location but recommend a river view if possible, there is on street parking but also meters are in operation, depending when you stay ,could be a pain, but the hotel offer valet parking for $15 AUD per day

this hotel has an all round comfortable feel, staff are very helpful and friendly, gluten free meals/breakfast in the restaurant, spacious and clean room and bathroom, would definitely stay here again!

I was surprised that most of the reviews of this hotel were good, because I thought it was average at best.

There isn't anything particularly wrong with it, but there isn't anything great either. Rooms are OK, location OK, although about a 20 minute walk to the CBD. I got a room at the back of the hotel, which wasn't great. The ones at the front seem to all have balconies and overlook the park & river, so would recommend asking for one of those if you stay here.

Booked this hotel thru Asiarooms. Very fair price, great location by the Swan River. It is a rather long walk to the city center and the immediate area is not the best. The front desk directed us to a local market for fresh fruit and drinks to keep in the room. The buffet breakfast was too expensive, especially when we wanted only a roll and coffee. So we had our hot drinks in the bar area and bought a croissant from one of the local bakeries. The dinners were enjoyable, most memorable was the fish and the fresh bread. Took the ferry to Fremantle one day, walked around King's park another day and went to see the quokkas. This was our first visit to Perth but we found little to interest us.
