This place is a joke - dont bother
Stuffed up phone booking - didnt know we were coming
Room had faulty lights ,toilet ,phone , TV and clothes dryer
This is the worst place I have stayed in for any Australian CBD Motel - the staff were unconcered about room problem - suspect that they knew of ongoing isssues

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. No internet available except for Wi-Fi from MetroMesh, a local Perth provider (reasonably priced).

The staff are ok although the skill level was below par. We had a booking confusion and the duty manager could not figure out what the request for a roll away bed was for (3 guys on business, two rooms! go figure!).

The room was clean but get one on the higher levels - we saw another oom with a wonderful view of the wall next door and little light.

Centrally located and near most facilities. Get out of this place as often as you can or you will be depressed.

Overall, be wary of the claims on this property - oh, and the restaurant downstairs was not open - nor had it been for some time by the looks of it due to lack of business!

We stayed at this apartment hotel for 6 nights from Jan 7th 2007. We too are unable to write anything good about this hotel. We agree entirely with sjt734 - Guernsey, MattWaters – England, Kimcent – Vancouver and Micwa – Sydney.

We would like to add a few more comments: all suites apart from studios have air conditioning on the private balconies! One thing you are not told is that the adjoining apartment (if it is a studio) has its air conditioning unit on your private balcony so if you want to use your balcony you must be prepared to be ‘blown away’ as you have no control over this unit , it’s on and off whenever the tenant chooses! For our stay we were unable to use the balcony and when we complained to the general manager, she said ‘I know, but there is nothing we can do about it’.
The restaurant was due to open in mid 2006! It is up for sale!
The local tourist office should look at this hotel as it certainly does not deserve the 4 and half star rating it has been awarded.
My husband and I would suggest that it is gutted and renovated sooner rather than later.

I was beginning to think that I had gone mad or was living on a different planet to the people who had previously rated Aaron All Suites highly but find that the three other recent reviews share my family's experience!

We arrived from Singapore at 2.30 am, having notified the hotel that we would be arriving at that time. Whilst I appreciate that its difficult to be cheerful at that time of the morning, the man who checked us in was thoroughly miserable. No offer of help or anything.

The apartment was very very basic (may have been suitable for a monk?). Strange layout with a bedroom off each side of the kitchen which was the centre. No window in the twin room and air conditioning unit only in the kitchen. Whilst technically clean, there were dents in the wall and holes in the carpet. Towels the size of flannels.

Whilst I can't give this one star, it barely made two...
