My family and I stayed one night at this motel before heading back to Sydney. Spent 2 weeks, Fremantle, Denmark, Margaret River. We were spoilt at the other places we stayed and thought the last night would be the same. Walk into foyer and smelt musty. I thought omg, I can just imagine the room. Got into pokey elevator to fifth floor, smelt very old and musty. Opened the door to our room and I felt like throwing up. The smell was disgusting, there was a lolly stuck on the wall and rubbish on the ledge. The carpet had not been vaccumed, stains all over it. The whole room was disgusting. I spent my time outside because I just felt sick. The only good thing about it was the pool and that's saying something. All in all, I wouldn't let my dog sleep in that place. Spend some extra money and go somewhere else. A dissapointing end to the holiday but it was great in the jumbo on the way back. Remember don't go there.

We arrived late one evening in Perth and this was the only place we could find to stay. One night was too much! 60/70's decor never been updated. The room was really bad thought we were going to wake up covered in flea bites, shower full of mould and the taps in the sink. TV must have been one of the first ever built! Avoid it if you can.

We used the Kings as a stop off base when we arrived in Perth. We wern't expecting much of our room but were surprised by the size of the room we got. Fine big room, comfy bed, although the room was like something you would see in Dallas!!

The staff were very friendly, always willing to help. A good stop of base in Perth

We booked our hotel through their website but had to change the dates subsequently. It took weeks for them to perform the change and to reply our e-mail.

Unless the 70s look of the hotel was done on purpose, the hotel is extremely old and worn. Dark corridors and rooms.

The frontdesk staff named Jeremy was not particularly helpful, giving us lots of excuses when we asked for some assistance.

Possibly one of the worst hotels I have seen throughout my many trips.
