The first problem is finding how to get into this place. It's next to a freeway junction and I had to go half way around Australia twice before I could find out how to get in (there is no official parking for reception). Then I had to walk, following signs to reception where they told me that I had to go to a different reception three blocks away. The German girl here was very nice, and she explained in detail (you need a detailed explanation) how to get to the free underground car park.

The apartment consisted of two rooms - a bedroom with a nice bathroom, and a sitting room part of which was a kitchen. The whole floor area was much the same as a normal hotel room, so the two rooms were pretty cramped. There was a balcony which was rather scruffy, but it was so noisy with traffic that we couldn't really use it except as a smoking refuge. The room was clean, but I'm glad we only stayed one night.

They claim it's within walking distance of the city centre, and I suppose it is if you don't mind walking and crossing highways. But if you want a good hotel in a more pleasant position for the city centre, try the Travelodge, Crowne Plaza, Novotel, Duxton or even the Saville Suites.

These are well situated pleasant apartments. Unfortunately in more than one stay we have found the reception staff unfriendly and unaware that the customer is usually right. Havinmg the room serviced can be a cause of irritation as they forget you are there!

Good accommodation poorly managed.

My friends from eastern states booked this place.
First of all outside was ok, but not great, then as walking inside the apartments in and out was very misleading.

There was no air-con, only fans. Rooms were cramped and the bathroom was below average. Kitchen was ok I guess.

On top of that, customer service wasn't that great either. To put it bluntly... they were rude to my friends.

My advice avoid staying here, unless there is definitely no more accommodation left in W.A. Sometimes, it's worth paying a little bit more, whether staying in city CBD or outer. You can always catch bus or taxi around Perth anyway.

I have just stayed here with my wife and two children aged 5 and 11 although we only stayed a couple of nights I have to say the 1 x 2 bed apartment room we had was large as well as nice and clean, it had every thing you needed, from a toaster to washing machine and tumble dryer. The fridge freezer made our few food and drink items for the two days look like they were not worth putting in and there was even a dishwasher for the washing up which pleased the wife. The beds were nice, large and comfortable which we felt right at home in and we all had the best nights sleep of our holiday.
The view from the windows was not the greatest but then we were out all day, and as our room was behind another block we had very little noise so this more than made up for it.
The centre of town was not very far away and the Swan river jetty only about half an hours pleasent stroll with our 5 year old. A free and frequent bus service ran from outside the apartments to points around the city centre if you did not want to stroll in.
All in all a pleasent stay.
