This B&B was the best yet! Fabulous hosts and a wonderful place to relax hearing the ocean waves crash on the beach! My Sister booked the hotel a year in advance of the FINA World Masters Swimming Championships. We enjoyed the Beach Manor B&B accommodations so much that it was hard to pack and catch our flight home.

The sunsets and sunrises were extraordinary and full of color. The sky was clear most nights with millions of stars lighting the sky. If you are an astronomy lover, you will find lots of constellations! The breakfasts were delicious and very filling! The breakfast table faces the ocean and it is a beautiful sight to see!

Afternoon tea was always a pleasure and tea time was available all day! The beds were comfy and the beach room was beautifully decorated with a beach theme. Full tub and fabulous shower with a powerful flow of water that felt like a massage.

An added plus were our hosts, Erin and Rick. They made the trip a "no worries" experience and were very helpful with good travel advice for activities.

If you are looking for a fabulous B&B near the beach, this is it!!

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel special. Nothing was too much trouble for Erin, Rick and Jan (not forgetting the girls and of course Loki who greeted us every day with a kiss!) The accomodation is spectacular with each room having its own theme, its just laid back luxury at its best.

The breakfast is not to be missed - my husband is a chef and said Janet's scrambled eggs rival Gordan Ramsay.

The lounge and pool area are so relaxed you don't really want to leave each day - sometimes we didn't!

We loved every day and even extended our stay at Beach Manor - the worse bit for me was having to go home - well done guys keep up the good work and see you soon.

A relaxed, informally run B & B . Beautifully decorated with theme rooms. The Ocean room is magic. The breakfasts were great. I particularly enjoyed the home made bread. A New Norcia mix I am told. I really enjoyed the twilight walks along the beach front to the cafes and restaurants ( which are in easy walking distance ). The hosts were always ready to provide information and assistance with respect to sight seeing and eating out. I appreciated their non-intrusive manner and they were happy for me to come and go as I pleased. Well done. I will surely recommend this place to my friends and I certainly will be back soon.

We went to Perth over Easter to see our son who lives in Scarborough so Beach Manor looked a reasonable place to stay not too far from our son.

It is way, way better than reasonable! There was just one problem. We had one room for the first and last nights and another room for the other three nights. The room we had for three nights was lovely except for the bathroom which didn't have a door between it and the bedroom and the curtain one could pull across didn't go all the way and the mirror made sure one was exposed to the whole bedroom. We are a bit too old fashioned to want to go to the loo in public! But, for all the lines that one small point has taken up there are heaps of reasons for staying there.

Here are just some of the reasons in no particular order:

It is run by a really lovely woman, Erin, and her family and helpers.
It is just across the road from an amazing beach
It is absolutely gorgeous with an indoor/outdoor atmosphere.
The breakfasts are fantastic
It was far cheaper than other places which could not possibly have been as good
Erin was so kind to us and went out of her way to do extra little things for us
The Easter Bunny called on Easter day - before Breakfast!!
The beds are fantastically comfortable.

We really, really, really hope to stay there next time we go to Perth to see our son.
