We loved every bit of our stay. The view, the room, the hosts, everything was amazing. The whole experience was first class, we couldn't believe we hadn't discovered it sooner! We will definitely be returning!

Lovely house set in an excellent location! Enjoyed the short walk down to the town. The room was amazing and had its own spa pool and ensuite. The toilet and bathroom were so spacious and everything was first class. The hosts are kind and willing to do everything they can to ensure we had a great stay which was spectacular just like the view.! Will definitely be back to stay longer. Thanks Tash and Dan for the hospitality!

We enjoyed our stay. Room very well appointed and clean, bathroom fabulous..the best shower head.
Breakfast a little disappointing...not as gourmet as expected. View fantastic!
Hosts Natasha and Dan most helpful.

what an amazing night away we had and what a beautiful place to spend it at. Natasha and Dan are both amazing hosts! They really made us feel welcome and went the extra mile! The private room, the views, the spa bath - everything was perfect and beautiful. You will see us again....hopefully soon....for the whole weekend!

Con: only had one night to spend there

As all the other reviewers have said, this view cannot be beaten. Beautifully clean and well appointed room. Extremely comfortable, warms up quickly. Hot spa on the deck = awesome!! Tarltons Lodge is a little out of the way, but we knew that when booking. That said, it would be good if the fridge was a little bigger to ensure room for the little 'extras'. Loved the little touches like the welcome chocs and the ipod dock. Dan and Natasha are very friendly and accommodating. And getting served brekky on the deck is superb. Just one tiny commend regarding breakfast - it would be nice to have nicer bread with the bacon and eggs rather than just plain white cheap nasty bread. But still an excellent brekky!

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We are really pleased you enjoyed your stay.

Slowly but surely we are trying to make improvements as and when we can. We have recently met some fantastic local suppliers that now supply us with free range eggs and freshly baked bread.

We are also currently updating the breakfast menu at Tarltons Lodge.

Thanks again for your honest feedback, it really is important to us.

Kind Regards

Natasha & Dan
