Everything about this place is awesome. The atmosphere is very welcoming, staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms were large and spacious, very clean and what a view!!! Our rooms were even on the same floor. The food was wonderful and service above average. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

We stayed there in May 2004. Out of three Hotels I have stayed at in Queenstown this would easily be the best. Great view of the Lake from the balcony of our room which was well appointed and comfortable. Possibly the best meals I have eaten and I have had quite a few Hotel meals over the years. Staff very obliging and helpfull. No task too onerous.
