I had visited Queenstown many times before my stay at Central Ridge and stayed in most of the town’s hotels and motels. I have to say that my time at Central Ridge was one of my most memorable Queenstown experiences, and for a number of reasons.
First of all the location is perfect - close to town (less than 5 mins walk) with ample free parking, but not so close that you get all the noise of the bars and clubs in the evening.
The decor and style of the property is very charming, and I thought the lounge area in particular was superb.
But the main reason I will be returning to Central Ridge is the friendly, welcoming and personal atmosphere created by the staff. So often I have stayed in similar sized properties where they have failed to achieve this. The staff were extremely accommodating, and we were introduced to other guests over a drink in the lounge on our first night, which really made us, feel at home right from the start.

I really enjoyed my stay at Central Ridge - the room was great, and the staff were really friendly. It was nice to be in a quiet location, yet only be a couple of minutes walk from the town centre and the local knowledge on activities, dining etc was very much appreciated when trying to decide on options!

Had a great stay at Central Ridge and was able to relate to the staff and Mangement really well. Not stuffy or pretentious just a really beautiful place to stay.
