AJ offers a golden opportunity to learn the secrets behind his excellent indian food, held in the restaurant kitchen on a sunday 10-1;we went not sure what to expect, but what a great time we had. AJ is very welcoming and a wealth of knowledge on indian cuisine/preparing the dish, an abundant knowledge on spices and herbs. He demonstrated the preparation of Tandoori chicken,Lamb Rogan Josh, naan bread, pilaff rice with peas and a simple but truly deliciious dessert. We finished the class with a sumptious lunch of the prepared food tasting all the better for knowing the enthusiasm and interest he has for his passion. We wish he and his fiancee all the best for their upcoming wedding .
