The Silo's bar is located with the Mantra hotel. It's only small and somewhat basic in it's decore, however the standard of food and service more than compensates for this. Entree of Pork & Prawn came with grapefruit fluid jelly, sambuca youghurt and pumpkin seed oil. One of our pary of four had mushroom gnocchi which was descibed as "just gorgeous" - The steak dishes were absolutley superb and the creme brulee (fantastic) came with a mini "ferris wheel" on top made of a crisp candy. The presentation of all dishes was faultless and very impressive. Service was good, water topped up without asking. At the conclusion of our meal the chef came out and chatted with us about his cooking methods - we can really recomend the venue and will be back again
