I saw in 4 rooms and none of them had issues with things falling off the wall like in Geoff's review. Sounds like they've done some work on the place. I found it well maintained. The staff knew basic English, and they had an English-Czech dictionary handy. Usual "hotel" lingo was accomplished without a problem, just don't try discussing War & Peace in English with them.
Some rooms do have huge marble bathrooms, mine did not... mine was a typical European bathroom. Some rooms have great views of the river & castle, mine did not... mine had a nice view of the street (but in this charming village that was just fine by me). Wifi was fast & reliable.
All and all I would stay here again, great location.
