We stayed in this hotel for two weeks from 26th of December 2010 to 9th of January 2011.
We had a chance to celebrate New Year's Day and Christmas (7th of January). The staff made everything to remember these parties forever. Excellent Czech food, wine and beer, live music, funny toasts, wondeful company of friends.
Karlovy Vary is a nice place for sightseeing even in winter. The city is like a fairy - tale. We visited Christmas House with fantastic Christmas souvenirs, went to Chyse Chateau and manorial brewery and drank real Czech beer and ate real food and had a photo with the owner of a family mansion and brewery Vladimir Lazansky.
Of course, we visited Moser factory and some concerts at Peter and Paul Cathedral. We bought some nice souveniors made of famous check granate.
One day we had a trip to Germany to Bamberg. It was a nice excursion to some famous churches. We had a good impession of German city life and autentic smoky beer.
The other day we went to a famous cafe at Grand Hotel Pupp and to cafe "Elefant".
Karlovy Vary waters are famous all over the world, and it helped us feel much better. The Hotel offered a wide program of treatment and it also improved our health.
The staff, the whole atmosphere of this quiet hotel made our trip fantastic.
If you go to this hotel, bear in mind that the majority of the people, having rest there, are from Ural Mining Metallurgical Company (Russia).
