The location of the hotel is ok, even if it's a bit off the central city you have good connections with tram and metro. The rooms are large with comfortable beds. Very good breakfast. BUT the room was very warm, at least 25 degrees Celsius, and the AC didn't work. When I complained they said that the AC was not turned on yet since the nights were still very cold. So I had to have the balcony door opened during my stay to get the temperature down. Unfortunately this made sleeping much harder since I had a window facing the garden pub with parties going on until early morning. Really a shame, the hotel was very good in all other aspects, but 3 nights of bad sleep ruined the experience for me.
And charging 150 CZK for a bottle of water in the bar is just plain robbery!
