I have just stayed at this hotel. Was booked somewhere else and the reviews on trip adviser were so bad i changed my booking plus i felt the other hotel was mis-sold as the pictures were never the rooms we were getting plus it had facilities which never said you had to pay.
(not booked through hotel booked through internet company) so this hotel was re- booked at the last moment .... What a little gem. Its £25.00 a night for B&B. It`s a Polish Hotel in style- the room was a brilliant size, colours may not be to everyone`s liking but its clean and very comfortable with water in your room TV one English news channel. The bathroom has face wash and shampoo, hairdryer, shoe buffer and the toilet paper is folded. The receptionists work 12 hours a day on much less then we do and are very polite and helpful. This hotel would suit couples and friends even solo as we met people coming for weekend on their own. Not really families. As the breakfast room is the restaurant later and bar with TV in one. We stayed in the front room 300 on what is the third floor bit. Students are there on trips and conferences. But we heard nothing in this part of the hotel rooms on the left have big doors to shut this would keep them away from you. Krakow is a busy town which is like going back, old buildings trams which are so easy. Main square full of bars and shops. Number 8 and 10 tram will get you from station side of the park to this hotel stops only yards form the hotel.
Around the hotel other side of the road is a Mac Donald`s, a super market, Garage, and Italian restaurant which you will see and just up opposite the hotel almost ask reception is a Chinese restaurant set back. A little further down by or off the roundabout are other small Polish shops and Chemist.
The hotel has trips i.e to Auschwitz, on our own we went to the castle and Schindler's Museum.
Its a brilliant base for the money. The breakfast is eat as much as you like, sausages scrambled egg, you have salads, eggs, meats, cheese, rolls toast yogurts cereal, cakes, squashes tea coffee..... At night you can buy water from reception. They put your papers passport free in the safe at reception. They bag it and you have a number.
I would go back here very happy much happier Read Daisy Superior on here ....Where we were booked for ... Has photos and although some are in foreign language Google translate them into English if your not sure. On the other hand try hotel RT Galiya ..;0)
