I have stayed before and the WiFi has always been fine but this time it was a DISASTER. I know it was their issue as my laptop was fine at prior and subsequent locations. Connection signal was OK, and some sites connected in a flash, but others, including most Google related sites, did not work for 4 days, I complained during my visit twice, and wrote afterwards, and to their credit they have said they will send me a voucher for a free night, so I have booked again for August...fingers crossed !!
This time the door cards did not keep failing. I noted that I received brand new ones. Always ask for more than you need so you have a spare. Other Ibis hotels have the same card failure issues, Szczecin was a disaster this year, a card failed every day.
