Ok.. so from below it looks like the end of the world, the bridge is old and in need of reconstruction, graffiti and chunks of falling concrete everywhere. You pay to go up the old squeaky elevator, there is a monitor inside where you can watch the elevator go up the shaft, but unfortunately it's a recording. Once you reach the top and decide whether to hit the observation deck or settle in for some dinning I recommend skipping the food part ( it is way overpriced and nothing special.. Basically they force feed you with bread before getting your 2 main bites ). Once you climb a few narrow staircases you will reach the top where you can enjoy the views. Carefully watch your steps as there are very few security measures in place at and around the old complex.
