This Chicago themed restaurant boasts that it caters to families. I definitely don't recommend this for anyone with or without families unless you could care less about about the restaurant's food or service and desire a restaurant strictly for a strong desire to see Cubs parafanlia hanging on the walls.
-- Situated in a gas station with a very small parking lot. I guess they don't expect to get too many customers.
-- They expect a tip, but you are expected to stand in line to order your food, find your table, get your drinks and carry a pole w/ your order number. However, a guy will bring the food to your table.
-- Cooks are situated very close to the waiting line. The cooks made rude comments towards customers and frequently cursed among themselves.
-- The ederly cashier lady is very nice, but not nice enough to make up for the ape like cooks.
-- I heard another customer complain in the parking lot about how they over charged him on his take out order. He stormed back into the restaurant.
-- Bland mediocre food with inconsistent serving sizes. Portions are very small.
-- We ordered large onion rings which came with only 4 onion rings on the plate. I went back and ordered a small basket of onion rings because it wasn't enough. The small basket of onion rings had more than the large basket.
-- Expensive for the small portions and low quality.
