The Posada Belen is a very cultural, exotic, cozy hotel which has amazing hospitality, rooms, service,food, and expiriences. My family and I stayed for one week and it was an amazing vacation. This gorgeous hotel is full of mayan artifacts. The Posada Belen is very family oriented, either to go out on an exotic adventure or to relax the day away sitting upon the most tropical garden of eden. The hosts and employees are very friendly and treat you like family, because while you stay at the Posada Belen you are family. At each meal all the guests eat together like a "familia grande". My family and I recommend this marvelous hotel to all of our friends, family, co-workers, and whoever wants to expirience a vacation that could only happen once in a lifetime...unless...you go back to The Posada Belen.

I stayed at the Posada Belen in the heart of the Historic District two weeks, it`s a peaceful place, excelent staff and delicious food you feel like a home, is very easy to take a transportation and obtain information and the most important, it´s security and clean.

I am certainly happy on my experience at Posada Belen during my stay in Guatemala City. My daughter and I really liked the environment of the hotel. The rooms were clean and we loved every single detail of the mayan decorations throughout the hotel. We also enjoyed having breakfast and dinner in their restaurant when we were in the city. Everything looks so charming and cozy. Francesca and Rene went out of their way to try to acommodate our needs. They arranged our trip from and to the airport. They suggested and gave us ideas on which places to visit and how to take advantage of the 2 weeks that we were there. The prices are reasonable and I recommend this lovely place for anyone who is wishting to visit the beautiful country of Guatemala.

It is hard to believe how blind those gringos are. Just because the place seems safe there happy, I dream about the day when your friends Francesa and Rene will charge you in Euro and make more money on the exange rate, Didn't you see the rates inside the rooms are 36 US and when the bill come you have to pay 49 US ?
