This park is located between the 22 and 23 mile markers on the road to Hana. There are bathroom facilities (not great, but at least they have them) and picnic tables if you want to have lunch. There are several waterfalls here to see, but the best requires a bit of a scary walk - totally worth it though!
If you go to the waterfall in the back of the park - you can see it from the picnic tables area - there is a very skinny trail along the right side of the pool. Walk up the hill along this trail. When you reach the top, there will be a viaduct off to your left with a skinny bridge for you to walk across - no rails or anything on either side. This is a bit scary, especially for those afraid of heights, but the waterfall you'll reach is totally worth it. Walk just a bit further to have a great view of the waterfall. If you continue along the trail, you can also get down to the pool and even go swimming! This waterfall and pool was really secluded. We only saw two other people back there, and they were leaving just as we arrived. It was an amazing place to relax and enjoy for a bit!
There is a decent amount of paved parking here. I would definitely recommend stopping here on the road to Hana. What a beautiful place!
