This hotel is utterly excellent… This was our second stay in 18 months and we were concerned that things at this hotel might not seem as good the second time round, but they did!
The friendliness and yet professionalism of all the staff is really amazing and the whole place is getting more and more beautiful as time goes by. An authentic gem.
We definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, and we will come back as soon as we can !!

My wife and I stayed at the Riad Monceau hotel during our one year anniversary trip and loved every minute. The riad was a marvel, the room was a nice size, wonderfully furnished, with a fantastic bathroom.
As soon as your walk out the heavy door of the hotel, you are in the middle of busy Marrakech and the Djemaa El Fna is just there, within a 2 mn walk. Step back in the hotel and it is relaxing, chic and peaceful.
This is a first class boutique hotel that I can't say anything negative about. We can't wait to go back!

The Riads first impression is briiliant. The entrance is a lovely wooden door down a small alleyway off one of the main thorough fares in Marrakech. Upon enetering the Riad, it is an oasis of calm. The Riad only has eight rooms or so, the staff are welcoming and the hospitality is second to none.

We were collected from the airport by a horse a carriage, which travelled through the main market and gave us a delightful entrance to Marrakech. Upon arrival, we were provided with lovely mint tea and small pastries. Then we taken up to our room for refreshing ourselves before heading down to a meal at the hotels pool side. The meal itself was five courses, great food though expensive as expected. We also used the hotels hamann and it re-vitalised us for the rest of the holiday.

I would highly recommend this hotel as its location is right next to the Djerma el Fnaa market, minutes from the souks and the major sights in marrakech. i will be going back some time.

If ever in Marrakesh again, we will definitely be staying here again.
We choose to stay in the Pasha suite which was just fantastic. The suite was great, so was the private Jacuzzi. The location was just off the Jamaa al Fna ; you really could not get a better location to experience Marrakesh historical quarter.
Even though there was so much happening outside on the Square at night, the moment you leave the Jamaa al Fna and step inside the hotel the noise of the square is left behind and everything is so quiet. A calm and elegant oasis. It really is a little gem of a hotel.
If we are fortunate enough to come back to this fabulous city, we will not even consider staying anywhere else.
